Windows EULA broken down into English

    It's not entirely accurate though. For example:

    5. NO RENTAL/COMMERCIAL HOSTING. You may not rent, lease, lend or provide commercial hosting services with the Software.

    they say means:

    You may not rent, lease, or lend your computer with Windows XP Home on it or otherwise make commercial use of it.

    However it doesn't. It means that you cannot rent, lease, lend, or use XP Home as Hosting platform for money. This clause doesn't prevent you doing business accounts, writing stories for a living, or writing commercial applications.

    I don't find the EULA unclear although it's legal status is debateable as you do not have a reasonable opportunity to read it before purchasing. Being posted somewhere on the net isn't likely to count for a court or getting a pop up after you pay ain't good enough either especially if it doesn't offer a full refund if you don't accept.
