I running Windows XP Pro SP3 and I keep getting an error message when I start my system. I get a memory leak message with a comment "windows drive not ready" the box has three buttons on it one of which is continue. It I press continue several times I eventually get to past the error. If I uninstall DD10 the message goes away.

DD10 worked well for me for a long time but now is causing a problem. I have reformatted my hard drive and reloaded all my software but still I get the error.

Can anyone suggest how to fix this issue please.

Are you using the latest build of DD (2,160)?

Have you recently installed any other software that may be causing a conflict?

Do you use any imaging software (True Image, for example)?

If you just install a clean XP and only install DD, do you get the error?

DD had been running well. Then installed some new software and upgraded to another version of True Image (version 11). It's about this time that things started to go wrong. However since then I've reloaded windows xp pro and the older version of TI (10) and DD and I still get the drive not ready message.
