Windows 8 - privacy nightmare ?

    You may be right about "privacy breaches" in Windows 8 not being any worse than those in Windows 7. But I don't believe that Windows 7 (or Windows XP) can be cured of "privacy breaches", so it's moot (for me, anyway).

    At best, one could obtain them anonymously, never let them see the Internet except through VPNs and/or Tor, and never mix public and private information on the same machine.

    Windows 8 is trash on so many levels i don't know why anyone would us it, including but not limited to the "microsoft can log in to your pc anytime they want" topic.
    plzzz linux~win xp here... ill even pass on win7 :mad:
