Windows 7 webdav help

I've been trying to setup a webdav on my system today and I can't seem to be able to do it completely right. I've tried it from within Windows and using the command line.

When I try setting it up from within Windows I'm not presented with the username and password boxes I should. See Below.




That's why I tried using the command line, but that wasn't much better.

I am able to map the location successfully using the following command. The only problem is that it disconnects itself upon restart or logout, which is not want I want; I need it to auto-login.

I know there are further net use arguments but I was not able to successfully use PERSISTENT, SAVEPW, or USER.

Any ideas here? I'm not sure what else to do.
