Windows 7 - Delaying Internet Connectivity

    Hi to all.
    I'm trying to delay Internet Connectivity until LNS is fully loaded.
    I tried the reg hack (blockallbeforeinit=1) but quite often it leaves me without any connectivity at all even after several minutes of boot.
    Is there any way to delay Windows 7 Internet Connectivity? Maybe delaying some service startup, but I couldn't identify which one.

    I don`t know if it`s the kind of solution you want, but I use ToggleNic to turn the internet off & on at will.

    It`s not as easy with W7 as it was with XP, but this little prog works with W7 - I just put a shortcut in the quicklaunch and it works like XP used to.
