    Workstation 9.1, 3854 works great with Vista. I have backed up and restored my system drive several times with no problems. I have not yet tried Universal Restore to a different machine using Vista.

    Checkout the Supported Operating Systems for TI 9.1 Build 3854 Workstation - http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/products/ATICW/requirements.html.

    Whilst it's true some users of TI 9.x (all flavours) have reported a certain amount of success with Vista installations, to date, formal Acronis support only comes with TI 10.0 Home.

    The only "anomaly" that I have found using it with Vista is that you have to give administrative approval to TI when you boot.

    Other than that, the backups and restores have worked without problem.
