    Hello,
i was looking through my application data folder.
    it is 1gb big.
991mb is due to the backup files from winclean ultra one click backup files.
now since i uninstalled wincleaner ultra one click months ago im assuming its safe to delete the backup files that program created?
my dads application data folder is 4gb since he used wincleaner ultra one click far more often than i did.
this will safe me 5gb of space and reduce the time it takes to do a image of my hard drive.
i will make sure i only install apps i use on my next pc.

If the comp is working well there shouldn't be a need for the backups once they are a week old or so.

    thanks BigC
my computer wasnt running to well.
    so i optomized my music.
    defraggmented the harddrive.
rebooted and now it works great.
then i deleted those backup files.
so tomorrow my image file will be smaller.
those few little things made my computer go from really slow and freeze alot to almost perfectly running.
