Win32/Sirefret.EV trojan Eset (plz see attach threats)

Hello I wonder if you can help me please?

I have ESET NOD32 usually its a great little kit, Since 27th July now it will not clear this trojan.

I have updated daily and I have also cleaned the whole computer including the external hard drive daily too.

I have read from a website how to delete it, but it gives a program, i did try it, but it wanted money from me to clean it, surely there is a way of cleaning it manually?

I am not as niave as some on a computer, although i try not to delve in and delete things as i did with my last computer, lesson learnt there

Please help if you can?

What really is the point to this forum if its not to help people who have bought your eset nod32 program?

 

Have you tried running "sfc /scannow" which checks for missing or modified crucial system files and replaces them with the original version?

 

1h34m since posting and you're complaining about no replies?

Try Marcos' suggestion, as that should replace patched system files.
