Hello, since yesterday Nod32 keeps giving me warnings that i have Win32/Mebroot trojan on my computer, yet it can't delete it no matter how many times it tries.

I downloaded the 'EMebRemover' from ESET's main website, it manages to detect the trojan, but it can't delete it.. it says that its a newer version of the trojan and therefore cant delete it.

    How can i remove it?
And after i remove it, do i need to put a new file because i have been told that this specific trojan replaces a file in Win32...

    Thank you in advance.

Submit a customer care request since you are unable to remove the trojan.

Was this the removal tool that you used and failed ? If so, inform ESET of this.

    Thank you.
