Win32/Kryptik.AJD trojan

Dear ESET.

Please Suggest ways that we can remove this threat completely as Eset continues to detect and remove but cannot prevent it occurrences.
Also, I like to check with you the name is not found in Eset website search.


8/2/2012 0:01:48 AM - Module Real-time file system protection - Threat Alert triggered on computer EXCHANGE_2000: C:\WINNT\system32\.exe contains a variant of Win32/Kryptik.AJD trojan.

 

Please contact Customer care and provide them with an ESET SysInspector log as well as a complete Threat log from the infected computer for analysis.
