    This adware was added many months ago. The latest update include a new variant or variants, but that doesn't mean NOD32 didn't detected this before.

    Hmm.. First one was added in the 1.841 (20040813) update..

    "We helped the FBI.." right, sure you did

    What can happen?
    Nothing. Many AV detect this malware as Adware, NOT Spyware, there's a big diference between adware and spyware.
