win 98SE & 3.2 install

    I tried to install 3.2 over 3.1 at FINISH it would not start
    I removed 3.1 with add/remove programs same problem
    BUT 3.2 was NOT listed in add/remove programs
    removed from PROGRAM FILES
    and REBOOTED
    ran Norton Win Doctor
    win Dr removed a shortcut to spybot help most likley not a problem
    installed 3.2
    SUCCESS
    ran update
    Success
    Installed Spyware guard on THIS machine NO problems

    am going to install on another SE machine tonight with mozilla 0.9
