Running winver shows my build as 10240. "Get Insider builds" is grayed out.

I did run the default settings on: O&O shutup Win 10.

on 12/8 I did get updates.

    KB's I do not have

    3105211
    3118754
    3120677
    3116908

These updates are to advance the build number for win 10.

So far on win10 I have not seen an "update" fail to install.

And checking for updates does not have new updates (NOW).

Curious if I have an old build & am at risk, & need to do further investigation.

    Thanks

due to the newer builds (1511 I think it is for threshold) not having a rollback option they put in a 30 day wait period (from the OS install date) so if it's a new install that may be why. If that's your situation your only options at this point are to wait it out or download and create a new ISO then re-install. Silly MS.....

I couldn't get the new 1511 version to show on Windows Update, so I just went to http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 and hit "Upgrade". I thought it might prompt me to save an ISO or create files on a thumbdrive, but no, it just upgraded to the new version without problems. It does look like a fresh install as it is copying/updating/settings, but it kept *everything*. Took about 25 mins on a slow computer with an SSD.
