I was thinking of renewing my Spysweeper subscription and just wanted to make sure it would not conflict with ewido?

Will Spysweeper find things that ewido won't ?

    Hi oddworld,

It is hard to say, because I don't have any spyware or trojan samples to test the detection capabilities of SpySweeper or ewido, and I am lucky because I have a clean system most of the time. However, IMHO, SpySweeper is stronger in spyware detection while ewido is stronger in trojans detection, and I am happy to run both with no conflicts. As a customer, I would most welcome if the strength of both SpySweeper and Ewido would be combined into a single product.

SpySweeper 5.0 final will be out some time in July 2006, and a new keylogger shield is introduced in 5.0. If you decided to renew SpySweeper for another year, please take a look of the thread below. You will get an extra USD10 discount by using the discount code mentioned in the thread, so that the renewal price is only US$9.95:

    33% off SpySweeper ($19.95) - ISCSPY
    $10 off 1 yr renewal $9.95 - NPQVBCJ

    https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=124500

The discount code is still valid yesterday.

EDIT: Will the moderator please move this thread to the privacy & other anti-malware software forum as it involves discussion of SpySweeper. Sorry about that.

The discussion has shifted to Spysweeper. Perhaps we can re-direct the discussion back to the thread topic matter....Will Spysweeper & ewido run OK at the same time?.

Since the user needs to find out about ewido....it's best they find out from the horses mouth a little about the ewido program and that can best be fulfilled in the ewido support forum.

No problem here running both together in realtime. :)
They complement each other just perfectly.
