    going on this website cause web root to block the website due to malicious content, is it a false positive. When you try to download it anyway

    It's not Blocked for me and the firewall at default.

    This can also happen if an advertisement on the page loads from somewhere bad or if the page got hacked and has a threat loading on it. So the company could bee fine, but be hacked, and the entire page will end up being blocked.
