Why Won't ESET Install?

Successfully got to the end of installation and download, then I was directed to restart computer. I restarted it, and cannot find the program anywhere - no desktop or taskbar icon and not listed in complete list of programs. Anyone know what might have happened? Of course this is Sat morning, so i can't get any help from company until Monday when I'm at work!! Thanks for your help.

 

Please answer the following:

1. What Operating System are you using?
2. What version are you installing?
3. Where are you downloading from?
4. Using the task manager, do you see egui.exe or ekrn.exe running?
5. Do you see Eset NOD32 Antivirus listed in Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs?
