   I was serious about my laptop and was worried about what happened to it. I was worried about what damage could have been done with the water that dropped on it. I don't know if it got in the charging port or not. Facebook's messenger notification sound is still low. Its normal on xp, but lower on my windows 7 laptop.

   If you are still worried that water has damaged your laptop, your best bet is to take it to a nearby computer repair shop, and have them look at it. That's what you should do as soon as possible.
