True Image 8, build 826, using a scheduled mode of 1 incremental image of C per week is giving me a full image of C rather than the desired incremental image. Also ran incremental image without the scheduler and obtained the full image.

    Hello Jack,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

Could you please let us know how you found out that the image was full rather than incremental? Also please describe your steps in wizard when you schedule the image creation. We will try to help you with the solution.

    Thank you.

I believe the image was full as its size was similar to the previously-created full image at about 5.23 GB. An incremental image after this full image was 271 MB in size.

    Wizard steps were:

Double click on Schedule Task, next, select NTFS (C), next, select last incremental image(the 271 MB one), next, Append Changes Incrementally..., next, next, next, next, next, Perform the task weekly, next, enter start time and day, next, enter logon password twice, next, finish, OK.
