Why does the icon turn red after installing Service Pack 2 for Microsoft Windows Vist

    that means it is not running, you should get window telling it is disabled. all you need to do is reboot and it should be enabled. ESET is supposed to be working on fixing this. we are still waiting for that. browse through forum here there are a few other posts about this

    oh well, with the way they are handling the service pack 2 issue they need all the help they can get :)
