why does BitDefender free always want to call home after scanning a file?

    why does BitDefender free always want to call home after scanning a file? what's it doing? i suppose it must be wanting to update, but i dont know. i right click a file, click scan, then after the scan it wants to tell everyone what i have scanned :eek: . well thats how it seems to me.

    The Help file explains WHY BD calls back, & tells how to easily disable that function. I did so when I trialed BD several days ago, but I forget the exact method. Just read the Help file.
