Which Type Of Program You Trust To Protect Your Systems?

    i really love Online Armor and i like spyshelter alot but Nod also is good you guys know that;)

    You should not make excuses. While we believe we are the free persons in the free World we are free to choose whatever we like without a need to excuse :)

    it is true but if i get to choose between these programs ofcourse i will go with Nod antivirus at this very moment:D

    Yeah I don't buy that. I see it on some level...

    for example EMET. Many users on here use it but probably don't understand what it actually is. It does in fact increase your system's attack surface and were it to be included in Windows by default I bet it would be exploited.

    But, honestly, that's not really a big issue. You don't need to understand and you certainly don't need to write a program to trust it.

    Unless you've written your own OS, firmware, BIOS, etc, you are trusting someone elses code. You either have to or not use a computer at all. By that definition, we're all unsafe, which is true to an extent. That said, if you've got material that is this sensitive, why would you put it on a PC in the first place, let alone one connected to the web?
