Have a Windows 10 laptop which was upgraded from Windows 8.1 with 512GB HDD and going to move to a 256GB SSD. Less than 100GB is in use across all partitions. I would like to use the Paragon Migrate OS to SSD 4.0, but not sure about a detail.

Which ones would be moved from this list? (which is presented as to the order on the HDD):

-500MB EFI System Partion (I know this one would)
    -40MB OEM Partition
    -750MB Recovery Partion
    -456GB NTFS OS C: with 87GB used
    -484MB Recovery Partition
    -7.34GB Recovery Partition

From the documentation I could see that the 500MB EFI and the 456GB OS partition though shrunken will be moved. But was uncertain about the rest.
