MBAM, SuperAntiSpyware and DRWeb CureIT are good.

    Malwarebytes or SUPERAntiSpyware. :D

Why use the heavy Dr.Web CureIt! when there's a lighter Hitman Pro which uses the Dr.Web engine? :doubt:

to be honest if you have an infected computer its best to use all 3, MBAM, SuperAntiSpyware and DrWeb CureIT. MBAM is very good with malware but not too hot on root kits.

OK, but to cover all malware - of course, as possible (including: rootkit, rogue, trojan, spyware/adware, etc)? Sort of: all in one

Use all 3 on an infected computer. Maybe just mbam and superantispyware occasionally on a PC you know is clean. As long as you have some form of good antivirus/spyware protection program for real time protection. EG Avast 6, Avira, ESET or GDAta.

Hitman Pro and Emsisoft Emergency Kit - but you will get a lot of FP :doubt:

I would rank them in this order:
    1. Hitman Pro
    2. Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
    3. Comodo Cleaning Essentials (RC2)
    4. SUPERAntiSpyware
    5. Norton Power Eraser

Hmm... Hitman Pro, MBAM, and Emsisoft Emergency Kit. For RootKits: GMER. I also still like Hijack this. It may be old, but it still does its job.

Possibly that Dr Web Cure IT is better in cleaning/removal of malware than Hitman Pro.Its Enhanced protection mode is quite useful.

Often for systems infected with 'redirect trojan', cloud AV's like HMP are not useful for cleaning stuffs. Dr Web CureIt with complete database included is quite useful in that case.
