    WinRAR - stable and fast
    7zip sometimes - ugly but free

    for me Win Rar is the best but i use 7 7Zip cause is free and works fine

    About Compression/Decompression software on that issue I am a little bit conservative. I have always used Winzip and feel safe using it. So winzip for me.:thumb:
