Which CLI file encryption tool on Windows 7?

    I'd like to try out some free OS command line file encryption utilities for Windows. Currently I use AES Crypt from Packetizer which actually fills my needs exactly, but one never knows - maybe there's an even better tool out there.

    I use it to encrypt pictures, videos etc. before I store them in Amazon Cloud Drive. I'm aware of solutions like boxcryptor but want just a very simple tool. GnuPG and OpenSSL have too many features I don't need.

    Any recommendations?
