Sticky Password does. All of the ones I have tried require the application to be running in order to work.
Does Sticky Password Firefox Add-on for Android also autofill without problems? Also with the latest version of Firefox? Seems there are/were some issues, but I don't know whether they are solved. see: "Sticky Password is now integrated with Firefox browser on your Android device!" https://www.stickypassword.com/blog/firefox-on-android/ I have not found any -working!- add-on for Firefox on Android so far... Even Firefox itself does not synchronize passwords with the desktop version. All other matters, URLs, etc. no problem, but passwords for forums, it is a no go. =
