Where´s the Acronis support?

    I´ve a problem with acronis true image. I made 2 images from my partitions to secure the data.
    but only one image was correct -the systempartition was damaged - all data (emails etc) are lost.
    i wrote 3(!) emails to the support during the last 3 weeks but no one answered till now.
    is anybody here to help me solving the problem - perhaps in german possible?

    Well, i agree with you, Acronis Germany seems to be closed. :ouch:
