Where dose this 'dumprep' come, might that be a virus?

Maybe this is not about Look 'n' Stop, maybe my settings of Look 'n' Stop are not right, anyway, is there any one could help me with this problem?

My system restarts itself again and again,sometimes immediately when I connect to network, sometimes not.

Then I checked the startups through the 'msconfig' command, there appears a 'dumprep 0 -k' beside my AntiVir and Look 'n' Stop, and after Windows system restarted, the notices are:


Might this be a virus, or for what reason, it restarts my pc again and again?

 

that command is ok and should be left as is. check your event viewer logs for errors and warnings to see if there are more clues. Also check for more troubleshooting
