Where do we find the changes noted for new versions?

    I have to try out the new versions by faith and trust they will at least be as stable as my current one.
    So far I haven't been burn't, but I would like to know what the update is all about before I install it.

    Is there a place to check that out?..

    and is there a place to get an email note for updates being available?

    thanks.. looks like the 2.51.26 is there too if you look down far enough... thanks
