    Locked down security a bit........and added a built in pop-up stopper........doesn't seem too different to me........
    Anyway, I prefer firefox.

    It also has a very increased way of dealing with ActiveX. Users really have to try to get ActiveX control's installed on their Machine. And its really not a "new" IE, since not everyone (Win 98, ME, 2k) don't get it. Only Windows XP.

    Its not bad, but it can be a pain till you get used to it.
