    Question:
I have Windows XP Service Pack 2 with Security Center and NOD32 is not recognized as an antivirus program. What to do?

    Answer:
The new NOD32 beta version is recognized in that Security Center. It is available for download here. This NOD32 beta version will be released shortly (after testing) as new installation packages and as a program component upgrade.

There is Instructions for adding EMON (Beta1) to NOD32 for Microsoft Windows!!!!!!

I can't find any information about DMON, IMON (http scanner) etc at Support center. :( But I can find information for POP3 filter. This filter was in NOD32 v1. :( etc.

Your FAQ is very old, please update your web page.

English version manuals are old too.

Support on web page is not good!!!

You can download the users manual here

    http://www.nod32.com/download/manual.htm

I believe from what ive heard on this forum that ESET are currently updating their support staff, and hopfully this should see an improvment to those things you have mentioned.

If you have a specific question, there are a few Nod experts here that could help.

    Hi,

    >Support on web page is not good!!!

Yes you are right - it could be better - the updated FAQ and other improvements will be on the web in a couple of days.

    Thanks,

    jan
