It's been a while since I have been on, Hello :)

I have run CClearner, but it says that if I delete, it is permenent. Before I foul up my machine, what should I do? o_O (novice here)

Did I not explain my situation well enough o_O o_O o_O After it analizes it states run cleaner. Could there be anything in it that would be important and get erased?

CCleaner basically deletes "useless" files, such as temp files, browser histories, recent docs, recycle bin, etc. You can uncheck anything you don't want deleted in the "Windows" and "Applications" windows (like cookies, utilities history data, etc..)
The only thing I changed after installing was: Options> Advanced> checked "Only delete files in Windows Temp folders older than 48 hours"; no problems yet. (If you decide to use the reg cleaner [Issues], make sure you back up everything first!!!)
