    when blocking pgp desktop icq server not working with gaim

    when i use gaim and trieng connect to icq while pgp desktop is blocked with my firewall (kaspersky internet security 6) gaim can't connect to icq. when i allow pgp acsess the internet it work.

    how can i make it work when it blocked?
