    Tonight the spouse is making one of the wildman's favorite dishes Stroganoff .

    1kg Texas T-Bone steak, now in the old fashion scale, that would be 2.2 pounds, placed on a Bar-B-Q, when medium rare add chips on the side and mushroom sauce. Follow this with Coffee Icecream for dessert ;) :D

    This is very hard to answer so I must just say what popped into my head first: French Fries. Sorry, Adkins Dieters. I have no weight problem as long as I stay away from raw sugar. :)
