What the hell is this?

    I just noticed my D drive is full.
    Turns out its a directory full of 216MB files.
    Anyone seem anything like this before?

    Have you run Eraser to wipe free disk space? Other than that, maybe kiddy script malware.

    Yes, I used Eraser to clean the free space.
    Why has it created these files?

    That's what it does. To "wipe" free space it has to overwrite the space with random data. Those files are the data. I am not familiar with that particular program, but it should automatically delete those files when done. Since it didn't, you can simply delete them yourself.

    Possibly your Anti-Virus was scanning the files and prevented Eraser from deleting them.
