Well, I've had AnalogX ScriptDefender for a while now, but I'm starting to wonder if there are scripts other than the default ones that I ought to have it block. I currently have VBS, VBE, JS, JSE, HTA, WSF, WSH, SHS, and SHB. Any others I need?

I would release JS, I don't see any harm allowing Java (provided you run Sun's JRE).

    I don't run Sun's JRE.

As for those scripts to block: wouldn't blocking htm, html, and dll scripts prove to be incredibly annoying? I mean, most web pages are coded in hypertext...

Also, Xen, which I use, is a .bat file, but that's not a big problem.

Just a small point: Javascript is not Java

Those extensions are the same ones Script Sentry blocks, though it also adds a few non-script language extensions just because they are potentially dangerous files to click blindly on: REG (registry files) and macros in DOC and XLS files.
