What scans would you perform before a freeze?

So I am thinking of making a reliable backup image of my current system.
So i am looking into what security software scans I could run to fairly certainly assure me that my Win7 64bit system is clean before performing a reliable fall back, backup?

 

what do you have at the moment in terms of security software?

With all that running I would proceed and make a backup

 

Scan with a couple of bootable Antivirus Rescue CD's.

1. AVIRA Rescue System
2. Kaspersky Rescue Disk 10

Scan from Safe Mode:

1. Dr.Web Cureit
2. Hitman Pro (Requires an Internet connection since it is "cloud" based.)
3. Emsisoft Emergency Kit
