What scan options to select in SAS?

    Just downloaded SuperAntiSpyware, and going thru the configuration. I notice that the default configuration has the following checked:

    - Ignore files larger than 4MB
    - Ignore non-executable files
    - Scan only known file types (.exe, .com, .dll, etc)

    Is it really safe to have those options enabled?

    Personally I uncheck them. The scan takes longer but it's worth it.
