Simply the use of a standard user account for everyday activities, Parental Controls to implement SRP... and Sandboxie (definitely a keeper) :)

I only gave up on that setup because since i found Bodhi Linux i almost don't use that computer, and i wanted to make things easier for other people who use that pc more often.

Hitman PRO - for the fast and reliable scans,
Fanboy TPL's and WOT - for the good job blocking annoying ads and malicious websites.

What served me best in 2011:
    Avast Pro (with sandbox/virtualization)
    SpyShelter
    Trojan Remover
    MiniClip
    Pop Peeper
    Ace Utilities

These applications ran flawless for me:)

Try HIPS like AppGuard or DefenseWall to pair with WSA. WSA alone, I don't thinks it's enough ! ;)
