What other firewall has these features?

    I have been using Agnitum Outpost for several years now. My license is about to expire and I would like to try something else out.

    What I am looking for:

    1) Custom rules on the fly. When a program request an outbound connection, I want an alert window that allows me to create a rule for that specific instance, ip address, port, direction etc.

    2) When an inbound/outbound request is alerted, instead of displaying the ip address, I would like the domain or text representation of that IP to be displayed.
