Using Arch 64 and openbsd 4.3-current on my laptop right now, except the openbsd will probably bceome slackware due to the fact that the nvidia performance for the open source nv driver is horrible and openbsd doesn't have the blob driver nvidia provides....

Then on my 10 year old server, there is openbsd 4.2, haven't upgraded it yet and probably won't just because it keeps ticking away and I don't need the new features, just any security updates as they come (there aren't many at that anyways from openbsd's past....)

    Cheers,

WinXPproSP2, I prefer to use an older Windows, not the latest one.
Windows = most attacked OS and that makes it interesting, a real challenge. :)

    Hello,
Windows XP, Ubuntu, Kubuntu on desktops, a pair of CentOS servers.
Here and there, also running Debian, plus testing another 10-15 distros at any given time.

Vista Ultimate here. I'm very happy with it. I also have XP home on my other laptop which I use with programs that won't install in Vista.

Win XP Home SP2 for now but this will probably be my last Microsoft OS ever as it's time to move on.

The next one will probably be Linux Ubuntu or PCLOS but if I have the money instantly now I would get an Mac OSX (iMac 24" to be specific) because I like the look of it ... you know shinny new toy. :argh:

But I am happy with a SFF Linux Ubuntu box if I can get one with half the price of iMac.

Starting with the latest MS OS patch or SP releases I suspect Microsoft is facing the beginning of the end now so it's time to learn another one or or two OSs in anticipation.

    :D

I am not shocked in the least to see windows running away with the pole vote, but frankly suprised not to see macs percentage a little higher then it is.
