why not use the free version.......
Sandboxie has a free option, great for your browser
ha ha , you type fast ams963
Considering that Sandboxie is only $40 for life, and you have the freedom of installing on as many machines as you like....The price is just right (My opinion of course). As said in previous posts by AMS, you can always run still protected, but with nag screen and minus a few features....But still free
but they eat ram....I don't want excessive stuff eating my ram and processing power ......and from what I have in my setup don't you think that justifies my point
I custom built my machine with overkill everything, so maybe that's why I don't notice much of a difference. I don't run any of those on startup, and always use them as separate programs. I figure if I am using it for less than a minute, I won't think anything of it. I am running a quad core machine with 8 gigs of ram, and the OS is tweaked away from all slowdown settings. I usually don't have a problem. But that's my setup, everyone has different experiences I guess.
you could also have the freedom of installing on as many machines as you like with sbie free version you know ......
good for you
Hmmm, Did not know that. Thanks for letting me know
no prob.......and don't let money shortage , move you away from sbie....start using the free version....and I know when you'll start getting used to it you will definitely purchase it with it's lifetime very reasonable price.....
Added Sandboxie (Free) to my security setup. I ran the tutorial and played a bit with it. Didn't know the free edition had this much benefit still. Great software so far.
Thanks for the tips!
I love the Sandboxie. There must be Sandboxie promos with good discounts - it is not convenient to use remedies.
Been using sandboxie for 3 years now, wouldnt dream of
surfing the web without it.well worth the money
welcome......but don't forget to consider the lifetime license or 1 year license.....not only are you gonna get full featured sbie without a nag screen and can install on as machine as you want....but you are also gonna support Tzuk to continue development of this wonderful software......
I think you can find promos and discounts every now and then....just keep your eyes open and ears shut
Are not you joking that it takes Keriver 90 minutes to make an image? I never used it. I use Comodo Time Machine - it takes 1 second to make a snapshot and 1 second - 30 minutes to restore snapshot (depends on the version of the Time Machine and the age of the snapshot).
How is it going with CTM, is it stable? I like to try it but I'll wait for version 3. I've read a lot of horror stories regarding CTM, lol.
I have been using two last versions CTM 2.8 and CTM 2.9 beta (on two different comps, of course) for about 3 years. They are really very stable and have been saving my comp so many times. The only issue - there should be no other progs using MBR - like Shadow Defender.
Yeah thats what deters me from using CTM :/
Giving Mamutu a try next to Anti Excutable,It seems it would fill the gap what AE doesn't not do.I selected protection from manipulation for AE in the mamutu program.
i need something light ,reliable and free for x64
what should i choose ?
Online Armor.Run browser in safe mode,Hips protection and firewall protection and user friendly.
Same here,3 years without any issues.Using 2.8.178 version
Didn't have a problem in trying to install CTM.
But like Keriver more
Feeling negative effects of Zonealarm beta now-
-slowed program running
-high ram usage
gonna have to change....
