McAfee internet security from comcast. I was using Avast home 4.7 along with PC Tools 3.x firewall and actually liked this setup, but it seemed to slow down my system. I switched to McAfee and to my surprise, my system, bootup etc. became noticeably faster.

Like you guys frequently say, find something that works on your system and go with it.

Interesting. A three way tie between Avira PE Premium, Dr. Web, and NIS.

For those so inclined Please participate in our ongoing AV poll here--->....Anti-Virus Poll 2007

Feel free to come back in a few months to start an Anti-Virus Poll 2008 if you wish but for now we'll keep it to one AV poll and close this thread.
