What is the best security portal online

I am trying to set-up a security portal and would like to now what the current best one on the market is.

Do you think there is an ISP who offers a nice Security Portal? If yes which one?

What should a security portal include?

Why are you asking what to include if you already trying to setup a portal?

No need to be sorry. I have to explain it a little more.

I am actually still in the design phase and I am trying to figure out what elements are important at a security portal.

I including at the moment:

Product recomendations (Here I try to recommend the best software I am/ the market is aware of)
Security advises (PC-Security / How to surf safely)
Latest threads (Looking for news and showing the latest threads and how to protect yourself)

I just wanted to see some other portals to compare them to mine and get some new ideas.
