my mom downloaded norton anti virus from the site and we had to get rid of all norton things on the computer to run. is there a free firewall that can go with norton anti virus 2005o_O

  2. All the freeware ones should run with NAV 2005. I'd personally recommend eitherthe new ZonaAlrm 6 free version or the latest Kerio 4.2. The latter gives full use for 15 days and then reverts to freeware version. You can't go wrong with either of these in terms of protection and ease of use.

I personally have run zonealarm 6 and Norton antivirus 2005 at the same time and they ran great together.
