I cannot get my floppy to boot. It keeps saying it is a non-system disk. Can someone tell me what files are supposed to be on the first disk. -Thanks

What OS, what floppy, what files, what? If you can be a little more descriptive perhaps one of us can provide a resolution to your problem!

Sounds possible that you haven't configured the BIOS to boot from the floopy.

It sounds like you are just trying a normal boot with the floppy in the drive.(Could be wrong).

The BIOS "IS" looking at the floppy and does not need to be configured differently. That is why you are getting the "Non-system disk" message. Please provide more detailed information to include OS, File System, the type of floppy you are trying to boot from (I assume it is TI Bootable Rescue Media) and so on!
