There is a rating column listed by threads and some of them have a thumbtack that is for sticky threads, but some have paperclips shown.
    What does the paperclip represent?
How do you add a paperclip?
What other office utensils are possible?
I've read there is a way to rate a thread, but I couldn't find it, is rating a thread available?

    Hi Devinco, :)

The Paper Clip indicates that there are attachments in the thread - If you hover the mouse pointer over the image, it will indicate how many attachments are present & The postcard image indicates you're subscribed to the thread.

The rate thread option is disabled, as it has no real value.

    Thanks Dog! :)

LOL, I had JavaScript disabled and didn't see the tooltip.
Sometimes a paperclip is really just a paperclip. *puppy*
