What could cause my ESS not update just this one time?

    Basically, I wake up every day, and my ESS does a daily automatic update each morning. Today however, this was not the case- My ESS didnt update like it should, and I didnt get a notification in the bottom right. So I went to the ESET update website, and there indeed was a new update.

    Now, the thing is- When I tried to update manually in 2-3 minutes- It updated just fine, so Im thinking that for some reason it didnt even check if there is an update or not.

    So, my question is- Is this a one off, or is this a problem? Thanks for the replies!

    This have happened to me as well a couple of times, not while using the stable 4.72 release. But during the V5 BETA and RC. Though I have no idea what's causing it. And it is very random.

    I am connected directly (all the time) via wired DSL.
