+1 to these three although I am unsure what "set to allow sites globally" means here.

NoScript has a blacklist so u still get some protection, but IMO its not a good idea to allow globally.

It has reduced security, but IIRC it still has anti-XSS protection and protection against clickjacking.

If you allow scripts globally the blacklist is disabled - don't do that! As Someone already wrote you would still have protection against XSS and clickjacking but most security features of Noscript would no longer be available.

Just to be more precise: All sites would be whitelisted. Normally all sites are blocked by default with the exception of the whitelisted sites. There is a blacklist of permanently untrusted sites, though, where you can add sites like doubleclick or google-analytics and the likes. These sites wouldn't appear in the Noscript menu any more thus making it less complex.

Adblock Plus (with Malware Domains filter)
    Configuration Mania*
    Customize Google*
    Dr. Web anti-virus link checker**
    Flashblock
    Objection**
    RefControl
    WOT

And tho it's not directly installed/configured within FireFox, a DNS provider is an important security element; I use DNS Advantage.

    * For the easy check/uncheck of settings relevant to browsing security.
** To be effective, these require an on-demand discipline.

My Sig I also have control de scripts.

and if you want to hide referrer instead of installing the ref control add on. just change network.http.sendreferrerheader value to 0 in the about config settings.
