are you saying that's the only solution? on Opera I can remove the number and still see the ghost icon. Impossible on FF?

    dogbit and xxJackxx, 64 cpu's, 1µ second. ;)

Actual, AMD Phenom(tm) II X6 1090T Processor, a second or two. I run the same configuration on two laptops also, with much less oomph, loads just fine. Load speed is not all that important as far as I am concerned. It all about usage. :)

Got rid of Disconnect and Flagfox, added NoScript and Click&Clean

    FirefoxAddons2.jpg

Adblock Plus with EasyList and EasyPrivacy filters - Blocking advertisements and trackers.

Click&Clean - Executes CCleaner upon browser exit, also cleans out Flash Cookies (LSOs)

Cookie Controller - All Cookies plus DOM disabled by default, only sites that I trust are Whitelisted.

NoScript - Blocking scripts (Only trusted sites are Whitelisted)

Webutation - Blocking sites with bad ratings, doesn't keep track of sites visited (Like WOT does)

A second or 2 is not bad, and I agree, it is not that important. It would be nice if it launched as fast as other browsers.

I need a suggestion, guys, for the bestest YT converter.
On Opera it was easy - Youtube To MP3 PRO usually, though it redirects and then conversion is carried out on the fly. extendYouTube also works fine.

Now I'd like you to suggest one that doesn't redirect, gives higher quality, ideally also can be used as video downloader.

    Any bright ideas? :)

Thanks, doesn't it mean I 'have to' use the
    h t t p://www.bestvideodownloader.com/Download/TurboUpgrade
by default? strange restriction, it attempts to d/l a new file and I have no idea what it does how it works, so I'ma skip this one for sure. Security comes first.

How about this, guys, help me out, I've been trying to adjust my needs after the jump from Opera 12.14 to FF 22.

In Opera we have session manager, I found
    https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/session-manager/?src=search
    is it the optimal solution?

For recently closed tabs/ closed by mistake:
    https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/undo-closed-tabs-button/?src=search

History is illlegible to me, I mean the yellow folders combined with www prefix make up for nice mess/ chaos.

Is there a way to make it look like the one in Opera?

I don't use Opera, but I do use Session Manager for it's added features. I like it.

Firefox does this by default, no extension needed. Right click on a tab, there is an "Undo Close Tab" on the context menu.

Not sure what you are referring to here. I don't see that when opening History.

Took me a few minutes to figure what that image was, the history sidebar. I don't use that. I use the History on the menu or just Show All History. Have you tried to change the sidebar Views. The one shown in your image looks to be View By Site. There are a few other Views available.

Yes, RSSOwl. I've tried a lot of them, RSSOwl is the best in my opinion. If your looking for a Firefox extension as a feed reader I would recommend Bamboo Feed Reader, not a good as RSSOwl but usable.

I use ABP and Better Privacy for privacy, and Greasemonkey for customization (including custom Google searches and YouTube downloading). I don't use other privacy add-ons in Firefox because I think they're redundant.

FYI, I had a problem with RequestPolicy 1.0 and reverted back to 0.5.27 (0.5.28 as of today's update). What would happen if there was a webpage containing offsite content and I temporarily allowed the offsite request, the content would still not load. It doesn't look like this issue has been fixed yet.

Personally I don't think that RequestPolicy 1.0 is anywhere near out of beta yet. It seems to have been beta for a long time so I am not sure what's going on with it.

Correct me if wrong, the new Ghostery 5 still disallows getting rid of the number mark next to the ghost icon in the upper bar?
